Production Operatives – North Shields

Baltic Recruitment are currently seeking several enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives for our client based in North Shields, Tyne and Wear.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking & Packing orders for customersPlacing receipted goods into the correct locationsAlways maintain good housekeepingAbility to work towards targetsBe able to work off a headset to pick itemsPay:

12.71ph basic rate

18 overtime rate for anything worked over 47.5 hours

Shift:

Day shift, between the hours of 6am – 7pm

Person Specification

Ability to carry out tasks and functions as requested by team leaders/supervisorsUnderstand the importance of working as a team to achieve productivity standardsAwareness of the importance of customer service and satisfactionBe professional and possess a polite and positive attitudeProblem solving skillsStrong organisation skills and being able to work flexibly and to deadlinesUnderstand the importance of Health & SafetyIf you want to apply or want more information, please call the office on (phone number removed)
