Pay & Progression

Starting Pay: GBP13.10ph, Level 2 GBP14.10Night: GBP14.36ph Fast–Track Progression Opportunities:

Level 2: GBP14.10ph days / GBP15.36ph nightsLevel 3: GBP15.34ph days / GBP16.60ph nights All training is provided we re looking for people who genuinely want to learn, develop, and build a long–term career.

Shift Pattern

7:00am 7:00pm4 on / 4 off Duties Include

Preparing and operating production machineryPacking and labelling products accuratelyFeeding materials into machinesPreparing finished products for dispatchMaintaining cleanliness and safety standardsSupporting smooth production line operations Requirements

Previous factory or production experience preferredGood communication skillsReliable and able to commute to sitePositive attitude and willingness to learnTeam player with a proactive mindsetNo shellfish allergies Location & Travel
