We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast paced production environment where attention to detail, safety, and teamwork are essential.

Job title: Production Operative

Job type: Temporary – Ongoing

Location: Morpeth

Pay rate: 14.54/hour

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm

Sunday to Thursday 10pm – 6am

(Rotating days and nights, must be flexible with the shifts)

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment according to our safety and quality standardsMonitor production output and report any faults or anomaliesMaintain cleanliness and organisation of work areaFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all health and safety regulationsWork collaboratively with team to help achieve targetsFollow all quality requirements as required escalating any non–conformances

All aspects described will be trained and qualified.

Requirements:

Previous experience in manufacturing / production environment preferredMust have own transport due to shift patternsAbility to work on your feet for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication skills and ability to follow instructionsWillingness to work flexible hoursGood understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing environment
