Pay Rate: 13.85 – 14.73

Shift Patterns

We offer flexible shift patterns to suit your lifestyle:

Rotating 3–shift pattern

– 6:30 am – 2:30 pm

– 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm

– 10:30 pm – 6:30 am

4 on/4 off schedule

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing process. You'll have the chance to learn about operating production equipment in a fast–paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for those eager to grow within the manufacturing sector!

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Operating production equipment to process raw materials into finished products in a fast–paced manufacturing environment.Operate production machinery to manufacture finished products efficientlyMonitor production lines to ensure continuous operation and optimal performance.Identify and report any faults or issues to the Line Manager to maintain workflow.Uphold a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.Requirements

To thrive in this position, you should have:

A valid FLT licence (Counterbalance & Reach).A willingness to learn and progress within the manufacturing field.Strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail.Assessment Process
