Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for Production Operatives on an ad hoc temporary basis at first for their client based in Knowsley, L34.

There may be permanent positions available for candidates who are punctual, reliable, hardworking and proactive who are happy to prove themselves onsite

The company supplies high-quality beef and vegetarian substitutes to thousands of customers worldwide and offers excellent working conditions, real opportunities for permanent contracts and long-term progression.

We are currently recruiting for candidates to work on a temporary ad hoc basis at first across various shifts to meet the production requirements of the business

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, various shift start and finish times including 5am-1pm, 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 1pm-9pm, 3pm-11pm

The rate of pay is dependant upon job role and hours worked but will be between £12.92 per hours and £13.84 per hour

All breaks are paid

All ppe is provided

Key Duties

Operating machinery

Packing of finished product

Working as part of a team to meet production targets

Weighing out of raw materials

Recycling of all waste materials including packaging

Complete paperwork to ensure full traceability.

Regularly handle weights up to 25 kilograms.

Assist in achieving daily targets and KPIs.

Maintain a clean-as-you-go area and demonstrate GMP standards.

Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards.

Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Previous experience working under food hygiene or HACCP regulations

Experience in a food production environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to standards.

Strong manual handling skills
