Hours: Monday–Thursday 06:00–15:00 Friday 06:00–11:00 (Early Finish)

As a Production Operative, you'll work within a skilled team to assemble, finish, and inspect products to the highest standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Operating machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficientlyReading and following assembly instructions and job specificationsConducting quality checks to maintain production standardsWorking collaboratively with your team to meet targetsKeeping your work area clean, organised, and safe

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage, but not essentialConfident using hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and a positive, can–do attitudeReliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
