Production Operative (Immediate Start)

Location: Aylesbury

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday | AM and PM shifts available

Contract: 13-week temporary booking, with the opportunity to go permanent

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives for a 13-week temporary assignment, with the potential to become permanent after the initial period. This is a hands-on role in a busy production environment.

The Role

Operating machines on the production lines (training provided).

Assisting with assembly, processing, and general production duties.

Carrying out basic equipment checks and reporting any issues.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

Meeting daily production and performance targets.

Requirements

Previous production experience preferred.

Experience in machine operating is an advantage but not essential.

Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.

Reliable, punctual, and committed.

Good attention to detail.

Able to work well as part of a team.

Must be able to reliably commute to Aylesbury.
