Role: Production Operative

Location: Groby, LE6

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Hours:

Monday-Wednesday: 7.30am-4.30pm

Thursday: 7.30am-4pm

Friday: 7.30am-1pmContract: 12-month temporary role with the potential to go permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out production tasks according to work instructions and standard operating procedures

Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently

Conduct quality checks and report any faults, defects, or deviations to the quality team

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in line with health and safety policies

Support process improvements by providing feedback on tools, equipment, and methodsWhat They're Looking For:

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on production experience

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to follow work instructions accurately
