Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for one of the largest suppliers of flowers in the UK.

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives to work in Alconbury.

From 14th December until 24th December – FREE Transport is available from Peterborough.

The shifts are 12 hours

– Days 07:00am–07:00pm

As of December 14th 2024, night shift will be available too:

– Nights 07:00pm–07:00am

The rates of pay are:

– Day Shift GBP12.21 per hour

– Night shift GBP15.26 per hour

Overtime is available after working 48 hours and paid at:

– Day shift GBP15.26 per hour

– Night shift GBP19.08 per hour

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative your duties include:

– Unpacking flowers

– Creating bouquets

– Boxing and packaging flowers for distribution

– Moving boxes and palletising

– Working on a production line

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Production Operative will show good attention to detail and have a good work ethic.

Production Operatives will be comfortable standing for the duration of the shift and follow health and safety.

No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.
