People Solutions are currently recruiting for Production Operative roles based in Runcorn, Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work, great benefits, and genuine room to grow and progress.

Shifts• Monday to Friday - 6:45AM to 2:45PM• Monday to Friday - 2:45PM to 10:45PM• Monday to Friday - 10:45PM to 6:45AM• Rotating across all three shifts

Rates of Pay• GBP12.21 - GBP12.71 per hour• GBP13.08 per hour after 12 weeks

Day-to-Day Duties• Loading raw materials into machines• Quality checking and assessing moulded products• Packing stock into boxes• Labelling boxes and ensuring correct colour coding• Shrink-wrapping products and stacking them

Essential Skills• Available to work the rotating shift pattern• Responsible, with a good eye for detail• Willing to learn• Communicative level of English• Able to work rotating shifts consistently

Desirable Experience• Experience in a warehouse or production environment

Training Provided• Full training provided with ongoing support throughout your assignment
