Job Title: Food Production Operative

Location: Outskirts of Wellington, Somerset

Salary: GBP13.5hr (training rate) rising to potentially GBP15/hr after 12 weeks (permanent placement)

Hours: 6:00am start until finish (approx. 6:00pm) Working Days: Monday,Tuesday,Thursday & Friday Transport: Own transport essential due to rural location

Are you reliable, hardworking and ready to take on a fast–paced role in the food production industry? We re seeking dedicated Operatives to support our poultry processing operations in a physically demanding but rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities: Preparing birds for processing

De–feathering and handling carcasses

Hanging birds onto automated machinery

Maintaining hygiene and safety standards throughout

What We re Looking For: Strong work ethic and punctuality

Ability to thrive in a fast–paced setting

Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks

Own transport is essential due to location

Previous experience in food production or abattoir work is a bonus but not required
