Sure Start Staff are seeking dedicated and efficient Production Operatives to join our Manufacturing client based in Bolton. The ideal candidate/s will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production tasks, working in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.

(Gross weekly earnings from £561.66 to £730.02)

Employment Type: Temporary (Ongoing)

Location: Bolton, BL1

Pay: £12.21 - £15.87 per hour

Shifts available: Monday-Thursday (12hour shifts, 46hours per week)*

* DAYS = 6 am-6 pm

* NIGHTS = 6 pm–6 am

As a Production Operative, you will be working with a variety of production equipment and machinery in an industrial environment. These roles will include, but not be limited to, Quality Inspecting products, assembling (Inserting components and sleeves onto small parts), bending and hole punching, working with lightweight materials, as well as other general production duties required.

* Completing repetitive Production tasks in a fast-paced, busy environment.

* Adhering to the company's production standards and guidelines.

* Ensuring the workstation is clean at all times and free from anything hazardous.

* Check for any defects and rectify any minor issues on the finished products.

* Operating and maintaining production equipment/machinery.

Requirements:

* Ability to handle a fast-paced, target-driven environment

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to multitask and show willingness to learn.

* Minimum 6 months of experience within a repetitive production/similar environment preferred.

* Trustworthy & reliable.

* Enthusiastic, team player, flexible work ethic.
