Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Swinton, M27

Hours: 07:00 – 19:00 Monday – Thursday

Salary: GBP12.50

Contract Type: Full–Time, Temp to Perm

We're looking for a Production Operative to support the safe and efficient manufacture of our sustainable products made from 100% recycled plastic. If you're safety–conscious, reliable, and have a keen eye for quality, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

– Operating manufacturing equipment in line with procedures and safety standards

– Carrying out start–up inspections and basic maintenance checks

– Monitoring product quality to ensure it meets specifications

– Moving materials around the site (manual handling and/or using FLT if qualified)

– Keeping the production area clean, organised, and safe

– Collaborating with colleagues and communicating clearly with the wider team

What We're Looking For:

– At least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or production role (preferred)

– Understanding of plastic manufacturing processes (advantageous)

– A strong focus on safety, reliability, and quality

– Ability to spot and solve problems quickly

– A team player with good communication skills

– Forklift Counterbalance licence (beneficial but not essential)

– GCSE–level education or equivalent (advantageous)
