Job Title: Day shift Production operative

Location: Swindon – SN3

Pay Rate: GBP12.50 per hour

Contract: This is a temporary ongoing role with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate who demonstrates a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

gap personnel are recruiting for a production operative to join a Plastic injection molding service in Swindon.

The company is a moulding and tool room facility that offers first–class service and high–quality components, enabling them to provide a complete package that brings products from conception to reality.

As a Production Operative, you will support the production, warehouse, and distribution operations for a company that supplies products across the UK.

For those that are able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, and a commitment to the working hours there are permanent opportunities available.

Main Duties as a production operative:

Assisting with production operations within the warehouseUsing cutters to trim excess plastic from moulded componentsAdhering to all Health & Safety regulationsInspecting items for damage or defects and reporting any issuesReplenishing stock as requiredPerforming other general warehouse duties as needed Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 Friday 08:00 – 14:00 Hourly Pay Rates

Basic Rate – GBP12.50 p/h Successful candidates will have experience in a similar role and must possess a good standard of spoken English. As part of the selection process, on–site inductions will be conducted in accordance with the company's Health & Safety policies.
