Production Operative (FLT Training Available) Ruthin, LL15 2TN 14.02 per hour rising to 15.08 after 12 weeks Weekly Pay Immediate Starts Temp to Perm 4 on 4 off Rotating Days & Nights Overtime up to 28.04 per hour

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a leading manufacturer in Ruthin, LL15 2TN. This role would suit candidates with experience as a Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Machine Operator, Production Line Operative, Warehouse Operative or FLT Driver.

As a Production Operative, you'll help run automated production lines, ensuring products are packed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key duties include:

Operating automated production machinery and robotic systemsSetting up equipment and supporting basic fault findingCarrying out quality control checksPacking finished productsCompleting production paperwork accuratelyOperating an FLT (training available for suitable candidates)Maintaining high housekeeping, health and safety standards

What We're Looking ForPrevious manufacturing, production, factory or warehouse experienceGood attention to detailAbility to work as part of a teamFLT licence desirable but not essential

Shifts & Pay4 on 4 off rotating days and nights6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am 14.02 per hourOvertime after 40.25 hours: 21.03 per hourSunday shifts: 28.04 per hour 15.08 per hour after 12 weeks
