Steelo LTD is a leading structural steel fabrication company based in Hounslow, West London.

Due to our continuous company growth, we're currently seeking a motivated Production Operative to join our dynamic and expanding team.

This is a full–time, permanent position offering stability, development opportunities, and a chance to be part of something exciting.

What we re looking for:

• Experience in structural steel fabrication or similar industrial environments essential

• Ability to read technical drawings – preferred

• CNC machine operation experience – essential

• Full UK driving licence (Category B) a big advantage but not a must

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Team player attitude with good communication skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast–paced environment

Working hours between 6AM to 8PM – 2 shifts rota – 6AM–2:30PM / 11:30AM–8PM
