A well established market leading manufacturing business is seeking a Production Manager to drive operational excellence. This is a hands–on leadership role focused on optimising production systems, improving throughput, and embedding lean methodologies across the plant.

Description

Manage end–to–end production operations, ensuring output meets technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery targets.Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and improve OEE.Collaborate with engineering, quality, and planning teams to streamline workflows and introduce process automation where feasible.Drive lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, SMED) and embed a culture of continuous improvement.Monitor and report on key production metrics, using data to inform decision–making and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and promote a safety–first culture.Profile

Proven experience in a production or operations management role within a technical or engineering–led environment.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control systems.Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and data–driven performance management.Demonstrated success in implementing lean tools and driving CI projects.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Job Offer
