The Role As the Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that align with our business goals. You will lead a team of procurement professionals, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost–effective purchasing while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies for raw materials, packaging components, and services.

Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management.

Collaborate with cross–functional teams including production, R&D, and finance to ensure alignment of procurement activities.

Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.

Manage procurement budgets and report on KPIs to senior leadership.

What you will bring:

Proven experience (8+ years) in procurement leadership roles, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry.

Strong negotiation, Estimation, Pricining, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent knowledge of supply chain management, sourcing, and contract management.

Experience with ERP systems and procurement software.

Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
