Job: Print OperativeLocation: Gedney HillHours: 08:00–16:30 Monday to Friday 12.71 per hourTemporary ongoingWe're looking for a motivated and detail–oriented Print Operative to join our growing production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands–on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to develop technical skills within a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate printing machinesLoad and unload products onto machinesMonitor print quality and report any issuesComplete production paperwork and logsAssist with machine set–up and adjustmentsClean down machines after useFollow health, safety, and environmental proceduresMaintain good housekeeping standardsWork as part of a team to meet production targetsTraining & Development:Training provided, including machine operation and set–upExpected to independently run machines after initial training periodRequirements:Good attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and proceduresWillingness to learn and develop new skillsTeam player with a positive attitudeBasic understanding of health & safety (training provided)
