Location: Leicester

Shift: Days, Monday to Thursday 6am to 6pm

Pay: up to 15.00 per hour

A well–established and expanding fabrication business is entering an exciting period of growth and is now looking to strengthen its production team with an experienced Press Brake Setter Operator.

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Setter Operator to join a busy and fast–paced fabrication environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating press brake machinery, ensuring high–quality production standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and operate press brake machinesRead and interpret engineering drawingsSelect and change tooling as requiredCarry out quality checks on finished componentsProduce one–off and batch work to specificationWork efficiently to production targets and deadlinesMaintain high standards of Health & Safety and housekeepingSupport continuous improvement within the departmentAbout You:

Previous experience as a Press Brake Setter OperatorConfident setting and operating press brake machineryAble to read and interpret technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and quality standardsReliable, hardworking, and proactive attitudeGood understanding of Health & Safety in manufacturingAble to work independently and as part of a teamHow to Apply:
