We are recruiting for a concrete factory in Rugby. They need reliable individuals to join their team. Forget pushing a mop in an office this is serious industrial work requiring full PPE.

You will be doing:

Working in a heavy industrial setting (concrete factory).Physically demanding duties involving significant manual handling.Working in confined spaces (cleaning out silos).Working at heights and cleaning conveyors.Using heavy industrial vacuums and machinery.What role offers you:

Massive earning potential: 33k+ per year is very realistic with overtime.They provide training such as CSCS cards or working at heights certifications.This is a long–term, temp–to–perm role, not just for Christmas.Shifts (Rotating AM/PM):

Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00 (Mon – Sat)Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00 (Mon – Fri)Crucial Requirement: Due to the hazardous nature of the site, a mandatory Drug & Alcohol test is required as part of the interview process.
