Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Leader to oversee end–to–end planning processes, ensuring optimal inventory management and efficient supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in driving forecasting accuracy, production planning, and inventory optimisation to meet customer demand while minimising costs.

Description

Lead the supply chain planning team to deliver accurate demand forecasts and production schedules.

Develop and implement inventory strategies to maintain optimal stock levels across multiple sites.

Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.

Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels, driving continuous improvement.

Utilise advanced planning tools and data analytics to enhance decision–making and efficiency.

Act as a key liaison between commercial and operational teams to align supply plans with business objectives.

Profile

Proven experience in supply chain planning, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and planning systems (SAP/APO or similar).

Excellent analytical, problem–solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage cross–functional relationships and influence stakeholders.
