Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Panel Wirer for our client, based in Redditch. Immediate starts are available following a successful interview process.

Our client is a well–established manufacturer specialising in electrical control panels and assemblies. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a skilled team in a hands–on role with long–term potential.

Your role as a Panel Wirer

Reading and interpreting CAD schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel diagramsBuilding BMS and power plates to customer specificationsInstalling and wiring electrical control panelsUsing and maintaining tools including cutting tools, power tools, and test equipmentInspecting and testing panels before dispatchPacking panels effectively for deliveryIdentifying and reporting faults in electrical wiring systemsAdhering to Health & Safety procedures and company standardsSupervising and transferring skills to apprentices or semi–skilled workers

Requirements

Minimum 1–year practical experience as a Panel Wirer or similar, however, less experience would be consideredAbility to read and interpret electrical specifications and diagramsKnowledge of single and three–phase circuits, wiring accessories, and safety regulationsGood communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a teamCSCS accreditation preferredFull clean driver's licence desirable

Pay & Shifts

13.00 – 14.00 per hour depending on experience and a successful interviewMonday to Friday: Start between 07:00 AM – 08:30 AM40 hours working week
