Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces and apply paint coatings to components and structures.

Achieve high-quality finishes in line with customer specifications and industry standards.

Inspect surfaces before and after painting to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.

Mix paints, primers, and coatings to achieve the required colour, finish, and consistency.

Interpret and work from technical drawings and detailed work instructions.

Maintain spray booths, equipment, and tools to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Adhere to all health, safety, and quality procedures.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, ideally within aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing environments.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Experience using paint spray guns and associated coating application equipment.

The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
