Paint Sprayer – Colchester (Langham, Essex) – 16.50 P/h (DOE) – temp to perm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a growing manufacturing business based in the Langham, area near Colchester. This is a temp–to–perm opportunity offering long–term stability, progression, and pay increases once permanent. You will be responsible in each stage of the process from prepping to paint spraying and finishing. Due to location, a full UK driving licence is essential.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Preparing metal components prior to painting (cleaning, masking, sanding)Spray painting steel and other fabricated metal productsEnsuring consistent, high–quality finishes to specificationWorking with wet paint systems and industrial coatingsMaintaining cleanliness and organisation within the paint areaFollowing health & safety and quality proceduresThe Ideal Candidate

Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within a manufacturing or metalwork environmentExperience working with steel or similar metal materialsConfident using spray guns and paint preparation equipmentGood attention to detail and pride in quality workmanshipReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyWhat's On Offer
