Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer to join a busy engineering and manufacturing facility in Bristol. The company produces high–quality buckets and attachments for the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and spray industrial components to a high standard.

Ensure all items meet required specifications and quality standards.

Operate and maintain spray–painting equipment.

Perform surface preparation including masking, sanding, and priming.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

Previous experience in industrial or automotive paint spraying (essential).

Good knowledge of paint types, mixing ratios, and surface preparation techniques.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (advantageous).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Hours of Work:

37.5 hours per week, rotating weekly shifts:

Early Shift: Monday Friday, 6:00am 2:00pm (30–minute lunch)

Late Shift: Monday Thursday, 1:30pm 10:00pm; Friday, 1:30pm 7:30pm
