Paint Sprayer

Description

Alliance Personnel are seeking a skilled and detail–oriented Sprayer to join one of their clients based in Birmingham.

As a Sprayer, you will be responsible for finishing and spraying various metal surfaces to ensure a smooth and flawless appearance. This is a hands–on role that requires precision and attention to detail.

Duties:

Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to spray / lacquer the components Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments Work with sheet metal and other materials to achieve desired results Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Experience:

Previous experience as a Sprayer or in a similar role is preferred Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations Knowledge of different spraying techniques and materials Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high–quality standards Excellent hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues We offer competitive pay based on experience and skill level. This is a full–time position.

Working hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am – 1pm (39hrs per week)

Salary up to 15 per hour (depending on experience/skills)
