Salary: £35,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00–16:30, Friday 08:00–12:30 (Enjoy an early finish every week!)

The RoleAs a Prepper, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing components and products for painting, including sanding, filling, masking, and cleaning

Inspecting surfaces and identifying defects that require rectification

Applying primers and preparing materials ahead of the paint process

Using hand and power tools to achieve the required finish standards

Ensuring parts are correctly masked and protected before paintingAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience as a Prepper, Paint Prepper, Surface Finisher, or within a similar manufacturing environment

Experience preparing metal, composite, or automotive components for painting

Strong knowledge of sanding, masking, filling, and surface preparation techniques
