Salary: GBP35,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08 30, Friday 08 30 (Enjoy an early finish every week!)

The RoleAs a Prepper, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing components and products for painting, including sanding, filling, masking, and cleaningInspecting surfaces and identifying defects that require rectificationApplying primers and preparing materials ahead of the paint processUsing hand and power tools to achieve the required finish standardsEnsuring parts are correctly masked and protected before paintingAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience as a Prepper, Paint Prepper, Surface Finisher, or within a similar manufacturing environmentExperience preparing metal, composite, or automotive components for paintingStrong knowledge of sanding, masking, filling, and surface preparation techniquesThe ability to follow work instructions and technical specificationsWhat's on Offer?In return, you'll receive a fantastic benefits package including:
