Our client based In Coventry are recruiting for a paint mixer to join their small, friendly team. Full training will be given on–site. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.

As a Paint Mixer, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our products are mixed to perfection. Your responsibilities will include:

Mixing various paint ingredients according to specified formulas and colour standards.Operating mixing equipment and machinery with precision and care.Conducting quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy in colour and texture.Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, following safety protocols at all times.Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

A keen eye for colour and attention to detail.Experience in a similar role or a background in manufacturing is a plus.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
