Thetford, Norfolk
£15.33 per hour
Continental Shift Pattern (12-Hour Days & Nights)
Week 1: 60 Hours
Week 2: 24 Hours
Hales Group are currently recruiting for several Production Operatives (Packing) to join a busy manufacturing company in Thetford. The successful candidates will be responsible for packing products accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. This role involves operating packing machinery, carrying out quality checks, ensuring products are correctly labelled and packaged, and maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack products in line with company procedures and production schedules.
Operate packing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
Report machinery faults, product defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
Perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.
Follow all health & safety and quality procedures.
Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets. Requirements:
Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable.
Packing experience would be advantageous.
Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. xjnqpsq
