Packer / FLT Counterbalance Driver - Pack, Move, Deliver!

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm

Location: Ilkeston

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Are you an experienced Packer with an FLT Counterbalance licence? We're currently recruiting for a reliable and hard-working individual to join a busy manufacturing and distribution operation in Ilkeston.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with consistent daytime hours, weekly pay, and the chance to become part of a supportive team. Whether your FLT Counterbalance licence is accredited or in-house, we'd love to hear from you.

Company pension scheme What You'll Be Doing:

Packing finished products safely and accurately ready for dispatch

Picking and preparing customer orders

Loading, unloading and moving stock using a Counterbalance FLT

Ensuring products are packed to the required quality standards

Completing basic paperwork and stock records

Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe

Supporting warehouse and production operations as required What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a packing, warehouse, picking, or production role

Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (accredited or in-house accepted)

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
