Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Night Production & Packing Operative to join a growing team based in Ilminster. This is an ad–hoc night shift role for candidates who enjoy working in production and packing within a busy, supportive environment.

Key Duties:

Accurately pack and grade goods ready for distribution.

Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards.

Work closely with the team to meet production targets.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail.

Good communication skills.

Team player.

Ability to follow instructions precisely.

What We Offer:

14.40 per hour plus a 50 overtime bonus.
