The Role

As a key member of the night shift engineering team, you ll be responsible for keeping production running smoothly and efficiently in a fast–paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Reactive and planned maintenance on a wide range of production and packaging machinery Fault–finding across electrical and mechanical systems Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with food manufacturing standards What We re Looking For

Proven experience as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (FMCG / food manufacturing ideal but not essential) Strong electrical or mechanical fault–finding skills Recognised engineering qualifications Comfortable working a permanent night shift A proactive, team–focused mindset Why This Opportunity Stands Out
