Location: Bolton Shifts Available (Fixed): - 06:00 - 14:00 - 14:00 - 22:00 - 22:00 - 06:00

Pay Rate: - £13.24 per hour for the first 2 weeks - £13.74 per hour after full training

About the Role

We are recruiting reliable and hardworking Mixing Operatives to join a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.

You will be responsible for preparing, weighing, and mixing ingredients to exact specifications, ensuring products meet strict quality and hygiene standards.

This is a key role within production, supporting the smooth and efficient running of the mixing department.

Key Responsibilities

- Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients according to batch sheets and recipes

- Operate industrial mixing equipment safely and efficiently

- Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and consistency throughout the process

- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

- Maintain high levels of hygiene and follow all food safety procedures

- Clean and sanitise equipment to prevent cross‑contamination

- Record batch information accurately and report any issues promptly

- Work closely with production, quality, and hygiene teams to maintain workflow

About You

- Experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment (preferred)

- Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and safety procedures

- Strong attention to xjnqpsq detail and accuracy

- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work fixed shifts

- Good communication and teamwork skills
