Location: Aylesford

Salary: 29,120 basic (40 hours/week) – OTE 34,000 for a 47.5–hour week

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm (occasional Saturdays available)

About the Role

We're looking for a Mill Operative to join a small, friendly, and experienced team of 10 in Aylesford. This is a hands–on role in a busy, loud, and dusty production environment, where teamwork and attention to detail are key.

Working in a team of two, you'll use your Counterbalance forklift licence to locate and move stock (up to 25kg bags) and manually load materials into mixers. You'll follow production schedules to complete up to 10 mix runs per day, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
