Fullmen Ltd are seeking a full–time Administrator to join our busy team!

This role would suit an Office Administrator looking for a stable and secure role for a long–standing company. A detail–oriented individual who thrives in a fast–paced environment would be ideal.

Essential Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in an office–based administrative role. Excellent organisational and time–management skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to liaise with customers, suppliers, managers and colleagues. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy working environment. A proactive approach to problem–solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A professional, reliable and flexible attitude. Desirable Skills and Experience

Previous experience within an engineering, manufacturing or similar technical environment. The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. Experience in purchasing, order processing, supplier liaison or preparing customer quotations. An understanding of materials, components and manufacturing processes would be an advantage.
