Manufacturing Technician

Description

A specialist engineering business within a high–performance manufacturing environment is looking for a Manufacturing Technician / Quality Technician to join their team in Witney.

This is a hands–on role focused on ensuring components and finished products meet strict quality standards before moving through production and out to customers. You ll be involved across the full process, from incoming inspection to final sign–off, helping reduce defects and drive continuous improvement.

What you ll be doing:

Carrying out inspections on incoming parts and finished goodsManaging non–conformance reports and quality recordsSupporting audits, supplier quality checks, and root cause investigationsWorking closely with production and engineering teams to resolve issuesMaintaining a clean, organised, audit–ready workspace What we re looking for:

Experience in quality control within manufacturing or engineeringAbility to read engineering drawingsConfident using manual inspection tools (verniers, micrometers, etc.)Strong attention to detail and a methodical approachAutomotive or motorsport background (beneficial, not essential) This is a great opportunity to join a fast–paced, high–precision environment where quality is critical, and your input will make a real impact.
