Description

Manufacturing Quality Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support and improve product and process quality within a successful, award–winning European manufacturer. The successful candidate will work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to ensure products meet required standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to ensure consistent quality Investigate non–conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions Conduct root cause analysis using structured problem–solving methods Support internal and external audits Maintain and update quality documentation, procedures, and records Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve performance Assist with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Ensure compliance with ISO and customer–specific requirements Experience and Skills Required:

Previous experience in a Quality Engineer or Quality Assurance role within manufacturing Understanding of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications Strong analytical, problem–solving and communication skills Good communication skills and ability to work cross–functionally Competent in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and waste reduction Experience with internal auditing Package
