Introduction
Acorn by Synergie are recruiting for a Manufacturing Process and Continuous Improvement Engineer to join a leading manufacturing business to improve efficiency, quality, and reliability across production operations.
You will spend time understanding current processes before leading practical improvements on the shop floor.
Key Duties
Analyse production processes and identify efficiency improvements.
Support operations with day–to–day technical problem solving.
Lead root cause analysis on downtime and quality issues.
Work closely with operations, quality, and maintenance teams to implement fixes.
Requirements
Manufacturing experience (any regulated / fast–paced environment ideal).
Lean / continuous improvement mindset (Six Sigma helpful).
Strong analytical approach and comfortable on the shop floor.
