Job Title: Manufacturing Operative

Location: Castle Donington

Start Date: Immediate

Hours: 7:30am 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: GBP25,000 per annum

Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operative to join our established team in Castle Donington. This role is ideally suited to a practical, skilled individual with a background in woodworking, joinery, or export packing. You will be responsible for manufacturing timber packing cases and packing commercial goods for export to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing timber cases and crates using hand and power toolsReading and working from basic specifications and measurementsExport packing of commercial and industrial goodsEnsuring packing meets export, handling, and safety requirementsMaintaining high standards of workmanship, accuracy, and qualityFollowing health & safety procedures at all timesSupporting general manufacturing and packing operations as required Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a manufacturing, woodworking, or joinery environmentConfident use of hand and power toolsAbility to work accurately, independently, and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and quality Non–Essential (Desirable) Requirements:

Forklift licenceFull UK driving licenceGeneral warehouse or packing experience What We Offer:
