Description

Cure Talent have partnered with a specialist medical manufacturer to recruit a Manufacturing Engineer into their Technical team. This is a hands on role within a regulated medical environment, focused on delivering robust, compliant manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement across production.

As the new Manufacturing Engineer, you will take ownership of process development and validation, supporting both existing manufacturing and new product introduction. You'll work closely with Quality, Operations and external partners, you will play a key role in improving efficiency, reducing variation and ensuring products meet exacting regulatory and customer standards.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute process and test method validations including IQ, OQ, PQ and PPQ Create, review and maintain engineering documentation such as SOPs, work instructions and drawings Support continuous improvement activities using lean and Six Sigma methodologies Investigate and resolve manufacturing and quality issues, including root cause analysis and CAPA support Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure robust, compliant manufacturing processes Requirements

Qualified in Engineering or a related technical discipline Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of process validation, quality systems and lean manufacturing principles Proficiency with engineering and data analysis tools such as CAD and statistical software Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within cross functional teams If this sounds of interest and you are looking to join a technically driven organisation where you can make a real impact, please apply or get in touch!
