Description
Production Operator
We are seeking a Labeller Operator to join our bottling hall production team. This is a hands-on role working on fast-paced machinery, handling glass, and carrying out quality checks.
Shifts
Rotating: 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm Monday To Friday
Pay - £12.50
Key Responsibilities
Set up and run labelling equipment according to SOPs and customer specifications.
Monitor quality and carry out regular checks to ensure standards are maintained.
Record production data for efficiency and traceability.
Take appropriate action to resolve problems, escalating when needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure a safe working environment.
Support Line Leaders and Supervisors to meet production targets.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential – full training provided).
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
