Job Title: Machine Operative

Location: East Peckham, Tonbridge

Salary: 12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Shift: 14:00–22:00 PM

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a machine operative to join a well–established plastic injection moulding company based in East Peckham, Tonbridge.

Please be aware that this role is mainly static, and attention to detail is the top priority. Candidates seeking a fast–paced active role will not suit this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Performing hourly quality checks

Ensuring products meet company standards

Keeping the work area clean and organised

Reporting any issues or defects to the supervisor

Packing, sealing & labelling boxes, preparing them for distribution

What We're Looking For:

High attention to detail

Ability to be stationary for long periods of time

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic

Previous production or factory experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided

Must have reliable transport due to the location of the site
