Are you a Design Engineer from a manufacturing background looking to work for a global market leader in Bespoke Purpose Machinery where you will be the go-too engineer responsible for innovating the global food packaging market.

On Offer is the opportunity to join a global leader in the design and manufacture of the bespoke manufacturing equipment. The company operate globally and have 4,000 people 750 of those in the UK. The company turnover $1billion annually and are looking to expand their team to maintain market share and continue to establish their successful brand in the industry.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of the design innovation, leading the design of state-of-the-art weighing, packing, and inspection solutions for some of the biggest names in the food industry, conduct detailed engineering calculations independently, providing practical insights into performance. You will take ownership of large-scale international projects from concept to manufacture, complying with diverse regulatory standards and work cross-functionally throughout the business collaborating with different teams to ensure flawless execution.

THE ROLE:

Plan, manage and design projects from concept to completionWork closely with production, quality, electrical, aftersales departments to ensure the alignment of design effortsProviding technical support to the design teamHybrid work with 3 days a week in the office, 2 days a week at home THE PERSON:
