Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated Laboratory Quality Analyst to join their vibrant team in Evesham. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards for products in the flexible packaging industry!

Your Role:

As a Laboratory Quality Analyst, you'll be instrumental in conducting investigative work using various analytical and mechanical techniques. Your responsibilities will include:

Training : Provide hands-on training to Operators on testing methods and equipment usage.

Investigative Support : Conduct laboratory investigations and analyse materials to address internal quality issues and customer complaints.

Method Development : Engage in method development and validation while maintaining a robust statutory test matrix.

Data Management : Maintain accurate quality databases and produce comprehensive reports for various stakeholders. What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Formal Qualifications & Experience (Desirable)

Conduct physical and analytical testing on trial materials to support product and process optimisation.

Engage with laboratory instrument manufacturers for servicing and repairs.

Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Maintain laboratory equipment and chemical stocks.

Collaborate with various internal departments including quality, supply chain, and production.

Build relationships with external customers, suppliers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
