Responsibilities include:

Rinsing trolleys of fish Weighing trolleys of fish and recording weights against tare weights Taking of Temperature controls & recording on CCP controlled Documents Plan & Manage workloads within a small team Move in a controlled process trolleys of fish Use of programmed Kilns Smoking / Cooking of fish through Kilns CCP Cooling controls Inputting data on PC Mixing of dusts to specification Cleaning of Smoke Generators Required skills:

Positive attitude to safety is essential Attention to detail Organized, systematic approach Good communicator Computer skills The benefits:
