Deputy Manager | Fashion | Manchester | Up to £31,000

Zachary Daniels Recruitment are excited to be partnered exclusively with a fast-growing fashion brand based in Manchester City Centre, now on the lookout for a passionate and driven Deputy Manager to join their team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the Store Manager, driving performance, and inspiring the team to deliver standout customer experiences and strong sales results.

Deputy Manager benefits include:

Deputy Manager key responsibilities:

Support and oversee daily store operations to ensure a high standard of customer experience.

Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining store presentation.

Manage HR tasks including recruitment, training, performance management, staff development, payroll.

Manage store team, including scheduling, performance management, and ensuring staff are motivated and well-prepared.

Address and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations and data protection.

Provide regular reports on inventory levels, best-selling products, and sales trends to optimise stock management and product selection.

Conduct stock counts and ensure optimal stock levels to meet demand without excessive overstock.Deputy Manager requirements:

Previous experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication both written and verbal
