About the Role

We're currently recruiting Production Operatives and Hygiene Operatives to join a well–established bakery manufacturer in Ashton.

You'll be part of a fast–paced, friendly team producing high–quality bakery products for major retailers.

This is a night shift role on a 4 on / 4 off rota, offering stability, full–time hours, and opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operative

Operate bakery machinery and equipment safely and efficientlyMonitor product quality and report any issuesPack, label, and prepare products for dispatchWork as part of a team to meet daily production targetsHygiene Operative

Clean and sanitise production equipment and work areasComplete deep cleans as scheduledFollow strict hygiene, health, and safety proceduresEnsure compliance with food manufacturing standardsWhat We're Looking For
