* Assist with the maintenance and continual improvement of the business' Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

* Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying trends and supporting the implementation of effective corrective actions.

* Work alongside site teams to develop practical risk assessments, safe operating procedures and control measures that reflect day-to-day operations.

* Support contractor management processes, ensuring third parties are inducted, compliant and working safely whilst on site.

* Participate in internal audits and compliance reviews, helping ensure the business remains aligned with legislative and company standards.

* Deliver health & safety inductions and support awareness initiatives that encourage employee engagement and accountability.

* Build strong working relationships with external partners, suppliers and regulatory bodies where required.
